What is the booking process?

The Process: Send a message and mention the following: Your name, surname, event, date of event and what services you would like to book. Describe what you would like to achieve with your makeup and hair. Please feel free to share your inspo with us. Ezanda will send you a detailed quotation for approval. After you've accepted, 50% deposit must be paid to secure your date and booking. Done! What brands do you use?

Ezanda only uses high end international makeup brands including: MAC Cosmetics, Morphe, P.Louise, Fenty, Huda Beauty, Kryolan and Schwartzkopf Professional.
How do I prepare my skin for a special event / wedding day?
Do you travel to events?

Yes, we give our clients the option of traveling or to book at our studio. Our studio is based in Nigel, Gauteng. Traveling expenses are not included in the service price.
What is included in a makeup session?

You will receive the following when you book a makeup session with us: Facial correction consultation. Eyebrow shaping according to your features. Hydrating face prep. Luxury makeup application. Touch-up kits are available at request.
I have acne prone / sensitive skin. Will you be able to do my makeup?

Of course! We are stocked with different makeup products to suit every skin type. Our products are high quality with low / no traces of paraben and harsh chemicals - perfect for sensitive skin types.
What is the duration of a makeup session?

From 20 - 60 min. Depending on your makeup look.
What is the duration of a Makeover session?

90 min - 2 hours.
What should I bring with me?

One or two outfits of your choice. It can be a dress or any outfit you feel your most beautiful in. Formal or semi-formal.
How do I prepare for my Makeover?

- Come with a clean and moisturized face. - Wash your hair with the instructions you have received from Ezanda. - Remember your outfits!
What will I learn during a Private Makeup Workshop?

Our Private Workshops are done in the comfort of your own home or at our studio in Nigel, Gauteng. What to expect during the Workshop: Consultation: - Facial correction. - Correct makeup application for your age and needs. - Personal makeup bag assessment before we start. Theory: - Makeup, products and skin care. - Essential brushes and sponges. - The correct way to clean your makeup collection and brushes. Practical: - Ezanda will help you through every step by guiding you through the makeup process. - We will show you step by step how to do a everyday, natural look and a smokey glam / night look. What you'll receive: - Ezanda's detailed Workshop Manual / Notebook with all our secrets, tips and descriptions of every makeup step.
Do you host Group Worskhops?

Yes! We host our own Group Workshops but also for baby showers, kitchen teas, bachelorettes and large groups of friends.
My makeup is old and out dated, can you help me?

Yes! We offer Custom Makeup Bag / Kit services. Perfect for woman who need professional help with their personal makeup bag.
Is a bridal preview / trial included?

Yes. All our packages include a bridal preview.
When should I book my bridal preview / trial?

It's best to book your bridal preview / trial 3 - 6 months leading up to your wedding.
Will I receive a timeline before the wedding?

Yes. A few weeks leading up to your wedding Ezanda will contact you to gather all the finer details to ensure your timeline is ready for your wedding planner, venue and photographer. You will receive a detailed timeline with all the information you will need with a few pro tips for a stress free morning on our behalf.
How do I prepare my hair for my wedding / event before styling?
Is a bridal preview / trial included?

Yes. All our packages include a bridal preview.
Do I need extensions for a couture hairstyle?

Not necessarily. Extensions isn't always necessary. The hairstyle, look, your hair length and thickness will determine if you are going to need extensions.
What is the duration of a hairstyling session?

20min - 3 hours. Depending on the style, hair thickness and length. Couture hairstyles require more detail and take longer and classic / basic hairstyles.
